God is great, beer is good and people are CRAZY....and inconsiderate :)

I thought I would have more than enough time to to update my blog this morning but inconsiderate parents and children who didnt bring a lunch for our field trip put a stop to that!!!

Sad day!!! Maybe later......

Emotional wreck!!!

Hello!!

Well, I'm using the 20 minutes I have for lunch to update this thing :)... but don't feel bad for me! I had lunch duty and that can make anyone nauseous and not hungry. Today was orange Monday...nachos, tomato soup w/ grilled cheese, fried fish, oranges and carrots....oh lets not forget the orange juice!! I'm not too sure how this is classified as a healthy lunch by the state of Texas, but its definitely classified as a DISGUSTING lunch in my book!!!

So, I don't know if it was because I saw 2 lovey- dovey movies Saturday night with Courtney and Marissa, or if its because I'm going to be 27 in 4 days, but I was an absolute emotional mess yesterday. And no, I am not pregnant or about to start....lets just get that out of the way :). And it wasn't even necessarily a sad emotional mess either, just a mess.

It started with me getting out my laptop and turning it on (which I haven't done in about a year). Lets just say there are a lot of pictures that brought back some memories that sent me crying. I think we all know who was in the pictures. But I was actually able to smile at the experiences, but it still made me sad!!. Which then in return made me realize that the past 3 birthdays I have been single. We all know I am a completely independent person, that doesn't need a man to make me whole, but I would love to feel that feeling. (I blame this on the movies. :)). And then I watched My Sister's Keeper...I read the book, but I did still cry in the movie. It was a great therapeutic cry though. And then the post from Andrea about needing a mammogram because the chances of her getting breast cancer were outrageous!! Cancer makes my heart hurt! So needless to say, I pretty much cried all day!! :)

With this said, I am also so filled with love for the people that I have in my life (Which makes me emotional!) In the mix of Jonathan pictures, there so so many fun time pictures. Anne and Andrea's wedding, amazing nights a Pete's, birthdays, graduations and many more!! I am so blessed. I could not imagine a better group of friends or family. I know we all feel this way and know exactly what I'm talking about. It's such an amazing feeling that no matter what time of day that there are many people I can call upon to help or just chat.

I am REALLY trying to be more of a positive, "glass half full" kind of a girl and I think yesterday was me crossing that line :). Life is not about rather or not my class sits still during a lesson, or if they walk down the hallway in a line, it's about love, relationships and friendships!! I am really going to try and focus more on this next year, instead of getting so wrapped up in the nonsense of it all!! I LOVE teaching, I feel I should say that....it's just the group of kids I work with have so many more issues that keep them uninterested in reading and writing and that's tough sometimes!!

And I must add, that Jaxon Miles is the cutest thing ever!!!!! :)

I would like to write more, but I need to work!! :( BOOOOO

So, I called Jeannie!!!

She can take her fake hair and shove it....ok, maybe it wasnt that bad. But just so you know, her school has 220 kids, a certified kindergarten and 7 certified teachers working there. Woman, I ran that building for you!!! I even ran it when I didn't work there...and the alarm company still calls me!!! Don't tell me how great that place is! She'll keep me in mind if something comes up because she has a wonderful full staff!!! Kiss my ass crazy lady.

Oh the best part, she told me to call Stephanie HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. I'm overreacting, yes I know!! I'm just pissed off I can't find a job.... It really doesnt have anything to do with her.

I still have no idea what I'm doing on this blog thing...I dont even know if I'm doing it right!!

I need a beer!!! :)

HELLO ladies and ....well just ladies :)

I AM HERE!!!! Nothing much to say right now, just wanted to set it up. I will be back though because I have lots to say :)

18 School days left friends!!!! Then I can regain my sanity and loose the 12lbs I have gained from being a stress eater!!!

I REALLY wanted a summer job but those seem to be hard to come by this year :(. I have even thoughtof calling Jeannie....yes, you read that right!!! I am pretty desperate!!

Alright, need to go pick the kiddos up from library :)
